摘    要:将微机测控技术应用于空空导弹测试仪插件故障诊断,提出了以单片机仪器为基础的总体解决方案,重点介绍以新型光MOS继电器AQW214为核心构成的开关矩阵的设计、软件功能设计和串行通讯规则的设计。研究结果表明,提出的设计方案是切实可行的。

Abstract:The application of microcomputer measurement and control technology in the pinboard fault diagnosis for air to air missile tester is discussed. The general solution scheme based on the single-chip microcomputer instrument is presented. The design of signal channel alternate matrix circuit which based on the kernel component PhotoMOS relay AQW214 and the design of software function, as well as the design of serial communication agreement are introduced emphatically. The result shows that the design scheme is feasible.
