金属表层电渣加热机理的模拟与试验研究

摘    要:金属表层电渣加热是一种新型的金属表层加热技术.借用ANSYS商业软件,通过数值模拟和金属表层电渣加热试验,研究r金属表层电渣加热的机理.在电渣加热过程中,渣池中的电场、电位和电流密度都是影响渣池中金属表层温度场的主要因素.模拟和试验结果表明,在金属表层电渣加热过程中,渣池中的电极和被加热金属之间产生的高密度电流,成为使金属表面迅速升温的高热源区,这种金属表层加热技术具有加热速度快、节能等特点,为金属材料的复合和金属的表面处理开辟了一条新的加热途径.

Abstract:Electro-slag metal surface heating is a new technology of metal surface heating skills.This article is to research the mechanics of Electro-slag metal surface heating relying on numerical simulation of ANSYS commercial software and the paternity test of Metal Surface heated by electro-slag.Electric field,voltage and current density of the slag pool in the electro-slag heating process are the main influencing factors of temperature field in the metal surface.The results of simulation and paternity test show ...
