美国总统绿色化学挑战奖10周年

介绍荣获2005年度美国总统绿色化学挑战奖的公司和个人的绿色化学成就——酶催化酯交换技术生产低游离脂肪酸油脂、新方法高效立体选择性合成药物Emend“的活性成分Aprepitant（更新合成路线奖）；推动环保一效益共同进步的一种可紫外光（UV）固化的、单组分、低挥发性有机物（VOC）的汽车表面修整底漆（改进溶剂和反应条件奖）；一种可减少乳胶涂料挥发性有机物的、非挥发性的、反应性聚结剂——Archer RC^TM（设计更安全化学品奖）；一种使用离子液体溶解和加工纤维素为高级新材料的平台策略（绿色化学学术奖）；利用生物技术制造天然塑料——聚羟基烷酸酯（小企业奖）。同时，回顾美国总统绿色化学挑战奖10周年中的共同特征，呼吁化工企业界加强重视、学术界注意与生物技术相结合、政府早日设立中国自己的绿色化学奖。

10 Anniversaries of USA Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Awards

The entries of 2005 presidential green chemistry challenge(PGCC) awards of USA,including low trans fats and oils produced by enzymatic interesterification of vegetable oils using Lipozyme? a redesigned efficient synthesis of Aprepitant(alternative synthetic pathways award),a UV-curable,one-component,low-VOC refinish primer(alternative solvents and reaction conditions award),a nonvolatile reactive coalescent Archer RC? for the reduction of VOCs in latex paints(designing safer chemical award),a platform strategy using ionic liquids to dissolve and process cellulose for advanced new materials(academic award),and producing nature's plastics PHA using biotechnology(small business award),are introduced in this paper.At the same time,a retrospect to 10 anniversaries of USA PGCC Awards is given.It is pointed that,Chinese chemical industries should pay more attention to the research on green chemistry;academic research should strengthen the combination with biotechnology.At the same time,Chinese government should set up herself China Green Chemistry Challenge Awards as soon as possible.
