摘    要:采用指数模型来描述油墨的非牛顿特性,推导出了整个接触区内的指数模型非牛顿流体的雷诺方程,对辊子接触区内的压力及油墨墨层厚度进行了完全数值计算。得到了接触区内压力分布以及油墨墨层形状。并考察了速度等参数对压力分布和油墨墨层的影响。

Abstract:This paper uses an exponential pattern to describe the NonNewtonian features of printlng ink and deduces a non-Newtonian liquid Reynold equation for the exponential pattern in the roller's contact area. Acomplete anthmetic calculation is conducted on the pressure and the ink layer thickness in the contact areas gaining the pressure distribution and the ink layer shape. Also a study is made of the influence of the parameters, such as speed,on the pressure distribution and ink layer.
