数字电能计量及其电能表检测技术

摘    要:为了适应智能变电站的发展,在新的技术条件基础上需有一套符合数字化变电站特点的计量系统。基于IEC61850标准实施的智能变电站,计量系统结构发生了根本改变。从总体上介绍了智能变电站计量系统及其与传统计量系统的区别。从原理上分析了数字电能表的构造和应用特点,由于计量方式的改变,对其相应数字电能计量检测系统和溯源原理进行了论述,提出了智能变电站中数字式电能表检定方案。由于数字化电能计量暂无国家标准和行业标准,随着智能变电站投运,需进一步开展相关研究。
