| 摘 要： | 文章研究了硬脂酸与氢氧化钙，在双氧水的催化作用下，在水相中合成硬脂酸钙的工艺，并进行了工业放大实验，得到了与复分解法合成的硬脂酸钙指标类似但品质更为纯净的硬脂酸钙。并且该方法工艺简单，不存在废水问题。

| Abstract: | The direct synthesis process of calcium stearate is studied under stearic acid to calcium hydroxide in presence of catalyst of H2O2 and the method is applied in industrial production. Compared with traditional double decomposition, the quality of product is similar, but it is purer. The method is shorter in process, and no production of polluted water. |
