超临界流体萃取沙棘油实验研究

摘    要:建立了一套萃取实验装置 ,对超临界CO2 流体萃取沙棘油进行了实验研究。压力 15— 30MPa,温度 30— 5 0℃。分别考察了萃取压力、萃取温度、颗粒度、物料填充量以及萃取时间等条件对萃取率的影响 ,并就工艺参数对萃取率的影响机理和原因进行了分析与讨论。结果表明 :当压力为 2 5MPa、温度为 40℃时可获得较高的萃取率。流量为 0 .2m3 /h时 ,萃取时间为 4— 5h。化学成分分析结果证明 :沙棘油中饱和脂肪酸含量占 12 .3%,不饱和脂肪酸含量占 87.7%。

Abstract:A set of experimental device, which was used for supercritical fluid extraction of seed oil, was developed. Extraction of oil from crushed Hippophae Rhamnoides L. seeds with supercritical CO 2 was performed over the pressure range of l5-30MPa and temperature range of 30-50℃ on a laboratory apparatus. The effects of operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, graininess, weight fraction and extraction time on the oil yield have been investigated and the optimum processing parameters were obtained. The result showed that the higher extraction rate could be obtained at a pressure of 25MPa and a temperature of 40℃. The extraction time was 4-5h when flow is 0.2 m 3/h. Composition analysis showed the content of unsaturated fatty acids 87.7% and saturated fatty acids 12.3%.
