摘    要:针对电压型气象传感器(湿度传感器HMP45D、辐射传感器TBQ-2B和气压传感器PTB220)输出信号的特点,以低功耗处理器、新型DAC、低失调电压的信号调理电路为核心,设计了一种可程控的高精度电压气象信号产生电路,模拟传感器的输出信号,为自动站采集器的故障判断和检定提供标准的气象信号源。设计上分别采用总线隔离技术、电源隔离技术和软件补偿等措施,提高了模拟信号的精度。测试表明:该电路工作稳定,输出电压精度高,误差小于10μV。

Circuit design on meteorological signals of high precision voltage-mode

Abstract:According to the characteristics of signals outputted by voltage-mode meteorological sensors(humidity sensor HMP45 D,radiation sensor TBQ-2Band the PTB220 series barometer),be centered on low energy processor,late-model DAC as well as signal conditioner of low offset voltage,a type of circuit that can not only generate programmable high-precision meteorologic signals but simulate output signals of a sensor is designed,which provides standard signal sources for the fault judgment and detecting of collectors.The precision of analog signals is improved by respectively adopting bus isolation,power isolation and software compensation.Tests show that the stability of circuit and the high-precision are guaranteed and the errors are less than 10μV.
