“湖北省乡镇精细化气象要素预报订正及检验平台”研发和实施

为满足日益增长的精细化气象服务需求,提高天气预报的时空分辨率和预报要素的定量化水平,2012年湖北省启动了乡镇精细化要素预报业务,并组织开发了＂湖北省乡镇精细化气象要素预报订正及检验平台＂。该平台实现了乡镇精细化订正产品的制作、发布、检验功能,促进了乡镇精细化气象预报业务服务的规范化与流程化。文章介绍了＂湖北省乡镇精细化气象要素预报订正及检验平台＂的设计思路、系统结构以及主要功能的实现方法,并就系统的本地模式订正接口进行了探讨。

Development and implementation of Hubei township refined meteorological forecast and test platform

In order to meet the growing demand of precise meteorological services,improve the level of quantitative spatial and temporal resolution and weather forecast,Hubei province started the township refined elements forecast in 2012 and developed Hubei township refined meteorological forecast and test platform.This platform realizes the functions of manufacture,release and check for the township refined correction product,and promote the standardization process of township refined weather forecast service.This paper introduces the design idea,system structure and main functions of Hubei township refined meteorological forecast and test platform.Then,the local mode correction interface system is also discussed.
