摘    要:介绍了新研制的预抽真空式可控气氛气体渗碳炉。该炉的前室为真空室,工件进炉后,对前室进行预抽真空,然后通入氮气,工作在氮气或滴注式气氛的保护下完成加热或淬火,实现了无氧化加热,消除了前室爆炸的危险,克服了进、出炉过程中火帘燃烧带来的热量和CO2气体排放的缺陷。加热室采用圆形炉膛结构,增加了气氛流动的合理性,提高了炉膛有效加热区内的温度均匀性。停炉时,没有炉膛氧化现象,大大减少了再次开炉时的炉膛时效时间,节省了能源,提高了设备的效率。

Abstract:A newly developed BBH pre - vacuum - pumping carburizing furnace has been introduced in this paper. The front chamber is pre - vacuumized. When parts are fed into the furnace chamber, nitrogen will be led into the chamber. The parts are heated or quenched either in nitrogen or in drop - feed atmosphere and as a result, non - oxidation heating is realized, explosion danger of front chamber is avoided as well as exhaust defects of heat energy and CO2 derived from fire curtain during the carging and discharging of parts is eliminated. The heating chamber is circular, thus rationalizing atmosphere flow and increasing temperature uniformity in effective zone of the furnace chamber. When the furnace is put out there will be no oxidating in the furnace chamber. As a result of this, seasoning time of the furnace chamber is shortened to great extent, energy is saved and the equipment effectiveness is raised.
