糖苷酶及其改造策略研究概况

摘    要:糖苷酶作为水解酶家族一员,其性质和功能是近年研究热点。该文主要阐述α-甘露糖苷酶、阿拉伯糖苷酶、β-木糖苷酶、β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶、日本曲霉产β-呋喃果糖苷酶、壳三糖苷酶、耐高温β-甘露糖苷酶及硫代糖苷酶八种常见糖苷酶及其基本性质;并综述近年对糖苷酶改造、糖基化合物生物改性及糖苷酶作用机理研究方法。

Abstract:Glycosidase is one of the member of glycoside hydrolases,its character and function is most fascinating topics.The research includes α-mannosidase,Arab-glucosidase,β-xylosidase,β-D-glucuronidase,β-fructofuranosidase,chitotriosidase,high temperature β-mannosidase and thioglycoligase common glycosidase and its the basic characteristics.Preliminary review of glycosidase mechanism of research methods,modification of glycosidase and biological adaptation of glycosyl compounds the basic strategies and methods.
