有限元方法在大高宽比微型齿轮强度分析中的应用

摘    要:主要讨论了基于有限元方法计算大高宽比微型齿轮强度的方法。该方法从微型机械的实际应用出发,在建立微型齿轮三维实体造型的基础上,确定了计算所需的边界条件和网格划分,应用有限元分析软件对大高宽比微型齿轮的齿根弯曲强度进行分析,为微型齿轮的设计提供了一种方法。

Abstract:The paper researches the finite element method of strength analysis of micro-gear with large ratio between height and width. From the practical using of micro-machine, based on establishing the micro-gear's three dimension model, the boundary condition and mesh dividing are completed. The tooth root stress of micro-gear is processed with the software of the finite element analysis. It is helpful for micro-gear designing.
