轮胎X射线图像缺陷检测算法研究

摘    要:随着目前汽车总量增加,由汽车轮胎质量不合格引发的安全事故日益增多,如何有效区分有缺陷的轮胎与合格轮胎已成为目前研究人员关注的重点问题。针对轮胎X射线图像中存在的胎侧气泡和胎侧帘线裂缝两类缺陷,对比合格图像,分析其缺陷特征,依据数字图像处理技术,设计相应的检测算法,并通过实验证明检测算法的有效性。

Abstract:With the total number of vehicles increasing at present, security incidents caused by tire quality havebecome more and more. How to distinguish defective tires from the normal effectively has become a key issue for researchers in this field. Two types of defects-bubble and crack in X-ray images of tires are focused on in this paper. The defects are analyzed in features after X-ray images being compared with the normal tire images. The relevant detection algorithms are designed based on digital image processing technologies. The effectiveness of the detection algorithms are confirmed by experiment simulation.
