| 摘 要： | 21世纪的教育应该是创新教育。教育是培养创新精神和创新人才的摇篮。只有具有创新意识的教师才能对学生进行启发式教育，培养学生的创新能力。本文就如何培养教师的创新意识，具有创新意识的教师如何去培养学生的创新能力等方面进行了探讨。
