摘    要:文章运用波士顿矩阵分析方法、波特行业模型等工具和方法,在对中国电信的内外经营环境和竞争要素分析的基础上,进一步探讨中国电信目前的竞争战略,对中国电信未来的发展战略提出了建议.

Abstract:By using the Boston Matrix analysis method,potter industry model and some other tools and methods,this paper analyzes the internal and external business environment of China Telecom and its competitive factors,further discusses the current competition strategy of China Telecom and puts forward the future development strategy of China Telecom.
