| Abstract: | With the rapid development in higher vocational colleges,the employment of the graduates is facing a series of new problems.The employment rate is facing challenges and so is the quality of graduates.This paper discusses the ways to improve the employment rate and the employment quality from such aspects as perfecting the employment guidance and service work system,exploring employment work patterns,extending the employment guidance connotation,increasing the employment quality and training students’ correct profession awareness and good professional ethics. |
