铬酸氧化法制备薄荷酮

摘    要:用铬酸氧化薄荷醇合成薄荷酮,通过测定折光率、沸点,并结合红外光谱来确定产物,重点研究了温度、氧化剂用量、搅拌速度对氧化反应的影响,得出最佳反应条件为:反应温度为65~70℃,在快速搅拌下,原料薄荷醇与氧化剂铬酸的物质的量之比为1:1。

Preparation of Menthone by Chromic Acid Oxidation

Abstract:The menthol was oxcidated by chromium acid as oxidant in the experiment. The product was determined by refrective index, boiling point and IR spectroscopy. The influented factors were mainly discussed. The optimume conditions were that quickly disturbed , the temprature at 65 -70℃, and themole ratio between menthol and chromium acid was 1 : 1.
