某低品位钼铜矿石选矿试验研究

某钼铜矿石是一种以钼为主、并伴生铜矿物的低品位钼铜矿石,原矿含钼仅0.045%、含铜0.025%,无其它有价值的金属元素,试验采用先优先混合浮选将钼铜金属矿物同时富集后,再进行钼铜分离的选矿工艺,取得了钼精矿钼品位53.25%～50.4%(含铜0.30%～1.514%,取决于精选作业次数)、混合浮选开路作业回收率70.09%、分离浮选开路作业回收率55.89%～82.42%、开路作业总回收率为39.17%～57.77%;铜精矿含铜品位22.23%(含钼2.36%)、混合浮选作业回收率46.82%、分离浮选回收率90.45%、开路总回收率为42.35%的较好指标。如果条件允许能够进行闭路浮选试验,可能会取得更好的技术经济指标。

The Experiment Research of Mineral Separation on an Ore Containing Low Grade Molybdenum and Copper

It is a low-grade molybdenum-copper ore containing molybdenum primarily and copper accompanying.Raw ore contains molybdenum 0.044% and copper 0.025% only,no other valuable metal elements.Selection-flotation techniques has been used in the test that mixing molybdenum and copper metal minerals concentration which will concentrate in prior flotation,then separating molybdenum and copper minerals.The better indexes have been obtained：the molybdenum concentrate containing molybdenum 53.25%～50.4%（grade copper 0.30%～1.514%,depending on the number of separation assignments）,the coefficient of recovery of mixing flotation opening-circuit is 70.09%,the coefficient of recovery of separating-flotation opening-circuit is 55.89%～82.42%,the total recovery of opening circuit is 39.17%～57.77%.Copper concentrate containing copper 22.23%（including molybdenum 2.36%）,the coefficient of recovery of mixing flotation is 46.82% and 90.45%of separation-flotation recoveries and 42.35% of total recovery of opening-circuit.If the condition permits to do the closed-circuit test for flotation,it will achieve better technical and economic indexes.
