镀锌层三价铬黑色钝化工艺研究

摘    要:采用正交试验对影响镀锌层三价铬钝化膜性能的各因素进行了优化,对钝化膜的耐蚀性、附着力和外观进行了检测,得到了最终的优化配方.该配方能够获得黑亮的膜层,配合使用相应的封闭剂,能够保证膜层耐中性盐雾试验96 h以上.同时还对三价铬黑色钝化工艺的发展方向进行了展望.

Abstract:The formula of Cr3+ passivation solution for zinc coating was obtained with orthogonal experiments by optimizing the factors that influencing passivation film performances such as corrosion resistance,adhesion,and appearance of the passivating film.A black and bright passivation film can be produced in the passivation solution and it can pass 96 hours neutral salt spraying test combined with a appropriate sealent.The development direction of trivalent chromium black passivation technology was predicted.
