锑对ZA27合金性能与组织的影响

摘    要:在ZA27台金中加入了Sb,利用JB30A冲击试验机、HB3000型布氏硬度计、60t万能材料实验机、XJG-40光学金相显微镜和JAX-840扫描电镜对合金的组织及性能进行了研究。结果表明,加入适量的Sb能促使条块状化合物的形成,钝化α枝晶,细化组织,因此提高了ZA27合金铸件的尺寸稳定性、强韧性及耐磨性。

Abstract:Sb was added to the melt of ZA27 alloy. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the resulting alloy were investigated by using JB30A type impact testing machine, HB3000 hardometer,60t universal tester,XJG-40 optical microscope and JAX-840 SEM, The results showed that Sb could promoted the formation of ZA27 compounds exhibiting lump shape, prohibit the formation of dendritical crystal, fine the grain, and therefore improve the dimension reliability, toughness and wearability of the alloy.
