变压吸附制氧过程数值模拟与分析

摘    要:根据变压吸附制氧理论,对制氧量为3 m3/h的小型PSA制氧系统进行吸附过程数值模拟及分析,结果表明:产品纯度随吸附床层间隙率减小而递增,但需付出增加耗能的代价;随着速度的增加,进出口压降基本呈线性增加,而产品纯度呈类抛物线状减小;当吸附床层高径比增加时,进出口压降呈线性增加,而产品纯度在较低值时增长较快;流体相最佳流速控制在0.05 m/s左右.间隙率控制在0.35-0.4之间,高径比控制在9.5-12之间,能够很好地降低进出口压差,使整体吸附具有节能的效果.

Abstract:According to the oxygen producing theory with pressure swing adsorption(PSA),numerical simulation and analysis were performed on the adsorption process of a small-scale oxygen system,whose oxygen amount generated was 3 m3/h.The result shows as follows:(1) The purity of the product increases when void fraction between each layer of the adsorbent bed decreases,while more energy is to be consumed.(2) With increasing of the velocity,the pressure drop between inlet and outlet of the column increases in linear tr...
