| 摘 要： | 使用硬质合金刮削滚刀，应用正交试验法，对渗碳淬火双圆弧齿轮（齿面硬度58HRC－62HRC）进行了刮削加工工艺试验研究，推荐了适用的刮削工艺规范。采用此规范加工的齿轮在工业现场应用良好。
