摘    要:高真空多层保温材料是低温液体能够长期储存的关键,制作成多层绝热被并工业化应用是国际低温行业发展的趋势。液化天然气储存装置尤其是运输用的容器,由于介质泄放时有燃烧和爆炸的危险性,更需要良好的绝热效果和稳定的性能。笔者试制出高真空多层绝热被并应用于两种规格的液化天然气罐箱,同时设计出新结构、大尺寸的工业化量热器,以测定其性能。量热器的测试结果与产品的性能测试结果比较一致,证实了工业化量热器在材料性能测试时比理论量热器有更高的准确性,可为多层绝热被的产业化应用和液化天然气储存装置的设计提供更合理的依据。

Abstract:High vacuum multilayer insulation material is pivotal to long-term liquid cryogenic storage. The manufacture and industrial application of multilayer insulation blanket is a development tendency for global cryogenic industry. The storage facilities for liquefied natural gas, especially the vessels used during transportation, need favorable thermal insulation performance and stability because of the burning and explosion hazards which might occur when LNG leaks. The high vacuum multilayer thermal insulation blankets were tested and applied in two LNG containers with different specifications. In addition, industrial calorimeter with new structure and large size was designed and used to test the performances. The test result of calorimeter was in line with the product performance test result, which indicated that the industrial calorimeter was more accurate than theoretical calorimeter in the measurement of material performance. It also offered more reasonable references for the application of multilayer thermal insulation blanket and the design of LNG storage equipment.
