| 摘 要： | 乙酰丙酮酸乙酯作为重要的有机合成中间体,主要通过克莱森缩合反应来制备。由草酸二乙酯、丙酮、乙醇、金属钠合成乙酰丙酮酸乙酯。研究了其主要副反应,分析了影响产率的因素。结果表明,该工艺适合工业化生产。

| Abstract: | Ethyl acetopyruvate,an important intermediate for organic synthesis,is mainly prepared through the Claisen condensation reaction.It was synthesized by diethyl oxalate,acetone,ethanol and sodium.The major side effects were studied.This process is suitable for industrial production. |
