油田全面节能减排的措施制定及实施

中国石化江苏油田分公司试采二厂为了实现2008年降本压费的指标,制定并实施了一系列节能降耗的措施,包括：优化油井清防蜡方式、优化油井的泵挂高度、使用节能永磁同步电动机、安装集中补偿器提高油井功率因数、定期投球清洗降低集输系统压力、加药降黏降低联合站干压、锅炉排污水回收利用等。措施实施后,平均油井利用率达到96.3%,节省预算开支36万元,多产原油约5000t。

Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Measures and Practice for Oilfields

The No.2 Oil Production Plant of Sinopec Jiangsu Oilfield Company took a series of energy saving and emission reduction measures in 2008 in a bid to cut down on its operating costs.These measures included optimizing paraffin removal and prevention methods and pump setting height for oil wells,adopting energy-efficient permanent magnet synchronous motors,installing centralized compensator to raise well power factor,regularly dropping the ball to clean the wellbore to reduce the pressure on the gathering and transportation system,using additives to reduce viscosity and the dry pressure for the multipurpose technical station and recycling sewage from boilers.After the imposition of these measures ,the average utilization rate of oil wells reached 96.3% ,budget dropped by more than 360000 yuan and crude oil output increased by around 5000t.
