复杂曲面天线的CAD/CAM一体化技术应用

摘    要:随着CAD/CAM技术的快速发展,对于具有复杂曲面的产品,其设计制造方法也随之相应发生变化。本文介绍了借助大型CAD/CAM软件(Pro/ENGlNEER Wildfire版)和数控加工机床,在复杂曲面反射面天线制造中,运用曲线拟合、曲面构造、三维造型、数控编程、数控加工仿真,生产出高质量的产品。

Abstract:With rapid developments of CAD/CAM technology, the ways of designing and manufactur ing products with complicated surfaces are in process of developing. This paper introduces a method which using advanced CAD/CAM software such as Pro/E and NC machines in the process of manufacturing radar antenna with complex surfaces. We used the methods of curve fitting, surface construction, solid modeling, NC programming, NC machining simulation in this process, at last we got a high quality product with complex surfaces.
