| 摘 要： | 介绍了精益生产方式和精益思维理论，分析了煤炭企业存在的问题：人员多、管理粗、浪费严重等，给出精细管理的概念及精细管理概念的九个方面。实施精细管理应坚持分灶吃饭、量化管理、规范运作、系统优化的原则。最后从质变量变的关系和以人为本两个方面对精细管理进行了哲学思考。 |

| Abstract: | The paper introduces lean production mode and lean thinking theory,analyzes the problems facing the coal enterpises;overstaffing,rough management and serious waste etc.,proposes the concept of precision management and 9 aspects of the concept.To carry out precision management,the principle of separation of subsidiary departments form the enterpise,quantitative management,standard operation and system optimization should be followed.The paper studies the precision management from the viewpoint of qualitative change & quantitative change and people first. |
