基于DSP的UPS电源在线控制技术研究

摘    要:文章针对单相PWM逆变器,建立了一种用IGBT半桥式逆变电路作为功率变换的电路方案,完成以TMS320LF2406为主控DSP芯片的UPS控制电路。实验表明,利用TMS320LF2406芯片,采用合适的控制方案对50HzUPS逆变电源进行数字化控制,在空载和带大负载的情况下,满足逆变输出电压稳定率〈3%的要求,能获得较理想的控制效果。

Abstract:Aiming at single phrase PWM inverter,the circuit program using IGBT half bridge converter as the power transform is established to finish the UPS control circuit that with TMS320LF2406 as main control DSP chip.Experiment shows that the TMS320LF2406 and the suitable control project are used to perform digital control on 50 Hz UPS inverter power source.In this case,the inverter output voltage stability rate is less than 3 % under no-load and high power load.Then the control effect could achieve a ideal level.
