| 摘 要： | 并购是资源类企业在竞争激烈的市场中迅速扩大经济规模,获取价格控制权或提高竞争能力的一种重要手段。通过分析国外资源类企业跨国并购的特点及与我国资源类企业跨国并购的区别,我们需要学习和借鉴的并购经验有:要实现并购动机正确化;要实现并购市场化;要实现并购代理化;要实现并购规范化;要实现并购多样化;要打好并购国内化的基础。
