硫化铜晶体的合成及其光学特性

摘    要:以氯化铜为铜源,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠为硫源,合成了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铜前驱体,于180℃、保温12h水热分解二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铜得到了硫化铜晶体。X射线衍射、选区电子衍射、扫描电子显微镜及透射电子显微镜结果显示所得硫化铜为单晶六方结构,由尺寸约300nm的不规则颗粒及直径低于100nm的纳米棒状结构构成。紫外吸收光谱显示在208nm处有一较强的紫外吸收峰,光致发光光谱显示在465nm、495.6nm和600.6nm处分别存在较强的蓝光及绿光发射峰,这是由于硫化铜晶体的小尺寸及其晶体内的缺陷引起的。

Abstract:CuS crystals have been synthesized under the hydrothermal conditions of 180 ℃ for 12 h by the hydrothermal decomposition of Cu diethyldithiocarbamate precursor obtained by mixing CuCl2 and sodium diethyldithiocarbamate in absolute ethanol.X-ray diffraction,selected area electron diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy results show that the CuS crystals with hexagonal structure are composed of irregular particles with the size of about 300 nm and nanoscale rod-shaped morphology with the diameter of less than 100 nm.Ultraviolet spectrum displays a strong absorption peak at 208 nm.Photoluminescence spectrum shows strong blue light and green light emission at 465nm,495.6nm and 600.6nm,respectively which may be caused by small size of CuS crystals and defects in CuS crystals.
