铜钼分离再磨试验研究

摘    要:本文作者围绕如何进一步提高德兴铜矿选钼生产指标,采用不同类型的再磨设备、不同的磨矿时间,对粗精矿再磨后进行浮选对比试验,选钼指标有较大幅度的提高,而棒磨效果好于球磨。棒磨与球磨比,前者钼精矿品位与回收率分别为44.40%、62.35%,分别比后者的43.14%、58.76%提高1.26%、3.59%。

Abstract:How to further improve the production index for molybdenum processing in Dexing Copper? Around this issue,the flotation comparison experiments are carried out for coarse concentrate regrinding with different equipments and under different regrinding time.The indexes of molybdenum processing are improved and the effect of roll mill is better than ball mill,with which 44.40% molybdenum grade and 62.35% recovery rate for roll mill,43.14%molybdenum grade and 58.76% recovery rate for ball mill,1.26% and 3.59% are increased for each.
