基于MATLAB的太阳电池的I-U输出仿真

摘    要:文中利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真工具对太阳电池的输出特性进行仿真。该课题针对MATLAB仿真环境,基于太阳电池的I-U函数关系式,直接利用Simulink软件包建立了太阳电池的仿真模型,通过调节短路电流和开路电压等太阳电池内部参数,方便且准确地模拟了太阳电池的工作情况。最后根据正确的仿真结果制作一个图形用户界面。

Abstract:The output characteristics of solar cell are simulated with simulink simulation tool.Based on the functional relationship I-U solar cells and the simulation model are built in MATLAB simulation environment,the simulation model of solar cell has been established directly with Simulink software package.By adjusting the internal parameters of solar cells such as the short circuit current and open circuit voltage,the work of the solar cell has been simulated accurately and conveniently.Finally,the graphical use...
