| Abstract: | This dissertation tries to analyze the main problems and frauds that exist in the government investment projects from five aspects:project budget,project design,biding,construction,clearing and account,and put forward relevant countermeasures.The purpose of this analysis is to attract attention from correlative government departments and strengthen the cost control to the state investment projects. |
