摘    要:本文根据道森-希金森弹流理论,提出了在圆钢盘矫直过程中,用弹流油膜避免钢筋表面划伤的新方法。并介绍 了使弹流油膜易于形成的矫直方案及结构参数的 确定和力能参数的计算方法。

Abstract:According to Dowson shikinson elastic flow theory.This paper uses a new method with elastic flow oil film to avoid surface scratch of steel bar during straightening process of steel bar coil.It also introduces straightening project with elastic flow oil film which is easy to form, It startes structure parameter selection and calculation method of force and energy.
