改性木薯淀粉/橡胶复合材料的制备及表征

摘    要:不同用量改性淀粉代替部分炭黑填充到丁苯橡胶(SBR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)中,研究改性淀粉对混炼胶硫化特性、硫化胶物理机械性能和动态力学性能的影响.结果表明:不同用量淀粉对SBR/BR混炼胶的硫化产生延迟作用;改变淀粉用量使SBR/BR硫化胶的拉伸性能有所下降,耐磨性降低;改性淀粉的填加使硫化胶的回弹性、动态生热性能显著提高.综合考虑以上性能,改性淀粉的最佳填加份数为8份.

Preparation of Magnesium Hydroxide Flame Retardant with Brine and Dolomite

Abstract:Magnesium hydroxide flame retardant was obtained from the deposition reaction between cal- cined and digested dolomite and brine. The prepared magnesium hydroxide was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), and scanning electron mi- croscopy (SEM). The impact of the reaction temperature, brine concentration, feed rate and aging time on the purity of Mg(OH) 2 was investigated. The results showed that the flaky Mg(OH) 2 products could be obtained when the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, brine concentration was 1.0 mol / L, and feed rate was 3 mL/min. The obtained flaky magnesium hydroxide had a purity of more than 98 %, and was suitable for being used as flame retardant additive.
