摘    要:针对通用锻造模具中心顶出结构存在的问题,增加了多个辅助顶料器,加强对锻造毛坯的顶出力,并进一步持续改进优化细微结构,最终将无法完成的锻造毛坯顶出。实践表明,通过持续改进顶出结构能完成先前无法完成的锻造工作,且提高生产效率。

Abstract:For problems in general forging mould center ejection mechanism, multiple auxil- iary ejectors were employed, forging blank ejecting force was strengthened and improve- ment and optimization of microscopic structure was done continuously. Finally, forging blank ejection, which had been unachievable before, was realized. The result shows that with continuous ejection mechanism improvement, forging work unachievable before can be completed now and thus the production efficiency will be improved.
