摘    要:研究了经不同工艺渗碳和淬火的18CrNiMo7-6钢齿轮马氏体针长度的变化。结果表明,18CrNiMo7-6钢齿轮渗碳扩散期碳势降至0.7%,渗碳后较快冷却至650℃保温4 h,在160℃硝盐浴中冷却,再风冷至约110℃水冷,其表面马氏体针长可以控制在12.5μm以内,并可省略高温回火而不影响齿轮的热处理质量。

Abstract:The change of martensite needle length of 18CrNiMo7-6 steel gear was investigated after being carburized and quenched with variable processes. The results show that the martensite needle in case of 18CrNiMo7-6 steel gear may be controlled as long as up to 12.5μm by reducing the atmosphere carbon potential in diffusion stage of carburizing to 0.7%, relatively fast cooling from the carburizing temperature to 650℃ and holding for 4 h, and quenching in mohen nitrate-nitrite salt at 160℃ followed by wind cooling to about 110 ℃ and then water cooling. Furthermore, the high temperature tempering sequence can be omitted without an influence on the heat treatment quality of the gear.
