中厚板全熔透焊缝背面不清根工艺研究

摘    要:常规的中厚板焊接时,为确保焊缝背面焊接质量,反面需碳弧气刨清根。采用清根工艺时一方面噪声大、劳动强度高,焊材消耗也较大;另一方面也会增加作业时间,降低劳动效率。文章对传统的中厚板全熔透板对接焊接工艺进行改进,可达到节约焊材、提高工效、降低劳动强度、减少污染的目的。

Abstract:In order to ensure the back welding quality, carbon arc air gouging is required for welding the medium thickness plate. One side, gouging process has brought bigger noise, higher labor intensity, greater welding materials consumption,the other side, increased operating time, and reduced labor efficiency.In this paper, saving consumables, improving efficiency, reducing labor intensity and pollution can be achieved by improving the traditional welding process on full penetration weld about medium thickness plate.
