攀钢高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿降低铁损的生产实践

摘    要:攀钢高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿由于炉渣存在TiO2还原问题,炉渣粘稠,渣铁难分,入炉品位低,冶炼渣量大,炉前维护与出渣、出铁技术落后,高炉铁损高达5%~10%,远高于普通矿冶炼高炉铁损。通过采取优化控制炉渣成分与冶炼炉温,对炉前出渣、出铁进行系列改进,低品位冶炼强化技术,快速开停炉技术,新3#高炉操作优化等措施,2012年铁损由5.76%降至5.41%,2013年铁损降至4.3%,取得了明显的技术效果与经济效益。

Abstract:For smelting Vanadium and Titanium Magnetic Ores in Pansteel BF , due to the TiO2 reduction problem in slag , the slag is sticky , which makes it difficult to separate iron from slag , iron content of ore is low, which makes large quantities of slag , iron tapping technology is backward , which makes iron loss as high as 5%~10%, much higher than that in ordinary BF .Through taking such measures as controlling slag content and smelting temperature , systematic improvement on furnace -front slag and iron tapping , technologies for strengthening smelting low content ores , rapid opening and closing down furnace technolo-gies, optimizing operation of the new 3#BF etc., the iron loss is reduced from 5.76%to 5.41%in 2012, and further down to 4.3%in 2013, and remarkable technological and economic benefits are achieved .
