萤石-硫酸法生产无水氟化氢过程中除硫问题分析

摘    要:萤石-硫酸法生产无水氟化氢的过程中因为有硫蒸气的产生,随着炉气温度的降低,凝集在管道和设备中,导致堵塞事故的发生,给生产带来隐患。本文针对萤石-硫酸法生产无水氟化氢过程中硫元素的来源、硫单质产生的原因以及消除生产中硫单质的方法进行了综述。

Abstract:Sulfur steam appeared in the process of preparing AHF with the method of fluorite - sulfuric acid and condensed in the piping and equipments due to decreasing of temperature, which might cause blocking and interrupting the production. The source of sulfur, causes of sulfur appearing and the methods of removing sulfur were summarized in this paper.
