引线框架用KFC铜合金带材加工工艺及性能研究

摘    要:在大气气氛下熔炼铸造KFC铜合金铸锭,然后进行热轧、时效处理、冷轧,将其轧制成0.3mm厚的带材。研究了合金成分、熔铸工艺、轧制工艺和热处理工艺对合金微观组织、力学性能和导电性能的影响。实验制备的KFC铜合金带材的性能完全可以满足引线框架材料的要求。

Abstract:The KFC copper alloy ingot melted and cast under the atmosphere are rolled into 0.3 mm strip through hot rolling, aging treatment and cold rolling. The influences of alloy composition, melting and casting, rolling and heat treatment processes on the microstructure, conductivity and mechanical property of the alloy are studied. The overall characteristics of the KFC copper alloy strip fabricated in the experiment study can fully meet the requirements of leading frame.
