深圳换流站就地继电器室压型钢板围护结构电磁屏蔽做法

摘    要:±500kV贵州~广东第Ⅱ回直流输电工程深圳换流站就地继电器室为门式刚架轻钢结构,墙、屋面围护材料为双层压型钢板夹玻璃棉。结合建筑特点,在就地继电器室的屏蔽设计中取消了专用屏蔽网,通过对墙、屋面内层压型钢板的连接节点进行特殊处理,使其具有良好的导电连续性,直接利用围护结构的内层钢板作为电磁屏蔽层,取得了良好的电磁屏蔽效果,无需再作特殊的电磁屏蔽。

Abstract:The relay houses at Shenzhen station for Gui-Guang II circuit ±500kV DC transmission project are gabled frame steel structure workshops with double corrugated steel plate layers' enclosure structure. According to the characteristics of the buildings, a special treatment of the joints for the inner-layer corrugated steel plate, which can enhance the continuity of conduction of electricity, is proposed. As a result, the inner layer of the enclosure structure can be used as a electromagnetic shielding layer, and good shielding effect is resulted. Special electromagnetic shield is no longer needed.
