| 摘 要： | 本文以瓮安矿选矿过程中产生的石灰浆为研究对象,验证了过滤机生产能力的计算方法。讨论了水平真空带式过滤机用于过滤过程的放大时,真空滤盘的长度、滤盘的行程、连度等参数对生产能力和操作费用的影响。提出了设备放大时如何正确选择参数的范围。

| Abstract: | Taking the lime slurry (CaCO_3-H_2O system), which is generated in the mineral selection of Weng An Minerals, as an example, the calculation method for filter's capacity proposed by the author is further verified. The effects of the parameters such as length,travell and velocity of the filter's trays etc. on the capacity and operation costs are discussed in the scaling up of filter, and method for selecting the range of parameters is developed. |
