摘    要:介绍了加工高酸原油炼油设备防腐蚀技术的进展和应用情况.主要采取混炼、化学物理方法脱酸、材质升级、加注缓蚀剂以及进行有效的腐蚀监测及预测技术是减轻环烷酸危害的有效手段,并且在抑制高温环烷酸腐蚀的缓蚀剂产品中,磷系好于非磷系,但以混合型最为有效.

Abstract:The development and application of corrosion protection technologies for the equipment in processing crude oils with high acid value are discussed. The effective measures for miligating the corrosion are appropriate crude oil blending, deacidification with chemical or physical methods, upgrade of the materials for equipment, the effective corrosion monitoring and predicting as well as injection of corrosion inhibitors. Among all the inhibitors for high temperature naphthenic acid corrosion, the effectiveness of phosphor series is better than non -phosphor ones. However the compound type is the most effective.
