无盐浸酸与铬鞣

摘    要:研究了高pH值铬鞣、无浸酸(助剂)铬鞣、常规浸酸铬鞣及无盐浸酸铬鞣4组鞣前准备条件不同情况下的铬鞣。结果发现无盐浸酸铬鞣后革结合铬(Cr2O3)量最大,最小的最高pH铬鞣。无盐浸酸铬鞣的革有合格的物理性能。

Abstract:This paper studies four preparations before chrome tanning,such as high pH chrome tanning,non pickling(auxiliary agent) chrome tanning,common pickling and non salt pickling chrome tanning.In four groups of contrast experiments the maximum bonded Cr 2O 3 in crust leather is non-salt pickling chrome tanning and the minimum is group of high pH chrome tanning.Physical inspection of leather tanned with non salt pickling is up to standard.
