摘    要:东方锅炉(集团)股份有限公司自主开发型300 MW 循环流化床锅炉投运后存在床温分布不均、屏式过热器超温、排烟温度高、飞灰可燃物含量偏高等问题。结合锅炉结构特点,针对运行中的问题,分析了其产生原因,并提出了相应的技术措施,对锅炉进行了改造完善,提高了大型循环流化床锅炉的运行稳定性和经济性。

Abstract:The 300 MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler researched and developed by Dongfang Boiler Group has encountered some problems after being put into operation, such as uneven distribution of bed temperatures, overheating of platen superheater, high temperature of discharge gas, and high content of combustible fly ash. Based on the configuration of the boilers, the causes for these problems were analyzed and corresponding technical solutions were proposed, and the boilers were renovated and improved accordingly, which has upgraded the operation stability and economic efficiency of large boilers.
