SF6开关室环境中SF6及氧气含量在线监测的应用研究

通过对电力系统用户对SF6实际需求的分析和了解国内外对SF6相关研究的最新进展，在分析了当前行业上已有的SF6浓度和氧气含量在线监测的原理及功能的基础上，着重介绍了基于数字式的实用化室内SF6气体设备（尤其是GIS设备）状态监测的解决方案，增加了室内气体的温度和湿度检测，实现了对SF6气体状态的综合在线监测，并提出了对SF6气体设备安全运行的进一步设想。

Research on Application of On-line Monitor of SF6 and Oxygen Content in SF6 Chamber

Through the analysis of the utility demand for SF6 and review of the new development in SF6 research both at home and abroad,and based on the principle and function of exising SF6 content and oxygen content on-line monitoring, this paper mainly introduces digital SF6 gas condition on-line monitoring, with added gas temperature and humidity check, which achieves comprehensive on-line monitoring of SF6 and further assumption on safety operation of SF6 equipment is proposed.
