摘    要:为了研究Nb元素对75Cr1钢热变形行为的影响,以75Cr1钢和Nb微合金化的75Cr1钢为研究材料,分析了Nb元素添加对75Cr1钢轧制过程中加热、热变形、卷取、冷却等工序热力学行为的影响。在轧制过程中,Nb合金化对75Cr1钢韧性提升的作用主要体现在Nb元素能够在加热过程中抑制奥氏体晶粒的长大;能够在不增加热轧变形抗力的前提下,使热轧产品表现出更大的加工硬化特征;在冷却过程中能够明显减小珠光体组织的层片间距。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of Nb on the hot deformation behavior of 75Cr1 steel, taking the 75Cr1 steel and Nb microalloyed 75Cr1 steel as research materials, the effects of Nb addition on the microstructure and property of reheating, rolling, coiling and cooling process were studied. In the rolling process, the effect of Nb on the toughness improvement of 75Cr1 steel is mainly reflected in that Nb element can inhibit the growth of austenite grain in the heating process, make the hot rolled products show greater work hardening characteristics without increasing the hot rolling deformation resistance, and significantly reduce the lamellar spacing of pearlite structure in the cooling process.
