摘    要:目前,在世界上很多国家,特别是欧美日等发达国家,食育已经深入民众的生活,成为其国民教育体系的一部分。我国食育目前处于起步阶段,已有不同社会主体开展了不同形式的食育工作,但是由于我国食育教育起步较晚,很多方面还需要借鉴国外食育的经验。

Abstract:Nowadays,food education have penetrated into people s lives and become part of their national education system in many countries around the world,especially in developed countries such as Europe,America and Japan.At present,food education in China is at the initial stage,and different social subjects have carried out different forms of food education work.However,due to the late start of food education in China,many aspects still need to be learnt from the experience of foreign food education.
