我国现行食用盐相关标准中铅含量测定方法浅析

摘    要:食用盐中铅含量的测定是食品安全监管的重要项目。文章通过对我国现行食用盐相关标准中铅含量的测定方法进行梳理,汇总出目前食用盐中铅含量测定的常用检测方法,并结合这些方法在实际应用中的优缺点进行分析讨论,从而为食用盐中铅含量的测定提供了技术参考。

Abstract:The determination of lead content in edible salt is an important item of food safety supervision.In this paper,by sorting out the determination methods of lead content in the current standards of edible salt in China,the commonly used determination methods of lead content in edible salt are summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods in practical application are analyzed and discussed,so as to provide technical reference for the determination of lead content in edible salt.
